Colin has been actively involved in Software Process Improvement based on the CMM®  and CMMI^SM models since 1995. During that time he has been active in performing CBA IPI assessments SCAMPI^SM  A,B & C appraisals and SEI authorized Introduction training for organizations ranging in maturity from Level 1 - 5.

People, Process & Performance Ltd. has been providing CMM®  & CMMI^SM services to industry since 2002.  P3 is focused on providing management with answers to process improvement issues by assisting organizations to interpret and apply the CMMI^SM  model for  the development of systems and software in a way that is sympathetic and commensurate with European Industry practices.
