We introduce the organisation to the use of a tool that assists them in organising their Process Implementation Indicators which are essential for supporting a Validation focused appraisal. This approach also facilitates organisations in the difficult task of defining alternate practices that meet the models intention

The Tool also provides metrics that allow management to monitor progress towards the point where they are well positioned for a Formal Class A Rating appraisal.
